Creating art, searching for ephemera, blogging and journaling requires a lot of sitting with little movement. With winter making its way back to us at a rapid pace, the days of gardening, swimming and moving a ton of mulch and sand is over. Let’s face it, the older we get the more active we need to be to stay fit. Can I tell you, I love sweets and carbs! For me, this is the time to make a lifestyle change.
I have been battling the same 35 pounds for years. Up and down. A true roller coaster, not a sleek, fast one either more like a wooden one. Gaining back that 35 one cookie and slice of pie at a time. Luckily, I have always been healthy, its just that darn sugar and the dreaded emotional eating. I need structure and inspiration. Mostly, I need accountability.
Linda over at Everyone Else Has The Best Titles posted WHY WEIGHT She wanted to form a weightloss/health group who would be supportive, listen to lamentations, and generally just be there for each other, and to please get in touch. Well, I didn’t wait, I jumped on board without hesitation. The best part I met another blogger who is absolutely amazing Deb, from Being Aunt Debbie
